CLEANING YOUR PRESSON NAILS
*There are two techniques to clean your prostheses; please refer to the video to choose the one that suits you best with the material you have.
MATERIALS REQUIRED
(disposable material)
- A pencil or pen
- A piece of duct tape
- A piece of fine grit sandpaper
- An antiseptic alcohol swab
OR
(Ecological and reusable material)
- A cuticle pusher and glass file duo stick

A lint-free microfiber cloth cut in 2 or 4
(One or two which will be for applying antiseptic alcohol and one or two which will remain dry to polish your prostheses) - A bottle of antiseptic alcohol
*99% alcohol has a higher drying rate for natural nails; perfect for better adhesion of the product and reduces bacteria more significantly than 70% alcohol. On sale in all pharmacies
STEP BY STEP
*CLEANING WITH DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVES*
- Scrape the underside of the prostheses to remove the residues of the double-sided adhesives
OR
*CLEANING WITH SEAHORSEBEAUTY GLUE TUBE*
- Scrape the underside of the prostheses with the sandpaper or the abrasive surface of the glass cuticle pusher to remove the glue residue.
+ - Remove dust and clean the underside of your prostheses with antiseptic alcohol.
- You can wash your prostheses in water with a mild soap or shampoo or with dishwashing liquid for later use.
- After washing, dry your prostheses well before storing them.

CLEANING YOUR ECOLOGICAL AND REUSABLE MATERIAL
The "duo" stick cuticle pusher and glass file.
- Clean with a mild soap or shampoo or dishwashing liquid.
- Wipe well, since it should not take moisture.
*Bacteria love wet surfaces! - Put the stick back in its case and store it in an airtight bag or dish to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
*Do not share your glass instrument unless you are able to perform a disinfection and sterilization protocol.
The lint-free microfiber cloth.
- After a few uses; machine wash
- Dry flat.
- Store your cloth after each use in an airtight bag or dish so that it does not collect dust or produce lint.
